Add information about LEACH routing protocol #6

This pull request adds information about the LEACH routing protocol to the "Simulation Models and Tools" list.

  • Please consider upgrading your model to INET 4.4 and OMNET 6

Will do. I'm currently working on the remainder of my masters research project so will be upgrading both consecutively once my supervisor gives the final thumbs up.

  • Consider also re-licensing the model as LGPL 3.0 (GPL prevents the binary distribution of the models as it is incompatible with OMNeT++'s Academic Public license). (In the future we are planning to support binary distributions for models, but being GPL will prevent your model to be included there).
