Prepared items from orders that are fulfilled disappear from the list. We should be able to search that list to see who prepared a task instead of having to go into and order and looking through the timeline. This also means "Prepared Today" would not accurately show the amount of work done in a day if an order was also fulfilled the same day it was prepared.
