Improve setup instructions #2

I made some additions to the README and added some files to make the setup for new users easier.

I also added some code to load_data.py because there are two corrupted images (r06-022-03-05.png and a01-117-05-02.png) in the IAM dataset and I didn't know how you dealt with those, so that they don't break the training.
