Deleted animation definition re-appears after save/reload

Define an animation for an animated object

Delete that animation,  then create another using the same name.

Save / re-load the scene.

Now you have two animations with the same name.

This needs review to see if it is still valid for Kuda2. These need to be 
retested and opened as needed. On hold for now until that happens. Commend as 
needed.
