Add the WebGL Camp # 2 WebGL slides to samples

We used Kuda and our initial port to WebGL for our slides and presentation. It 
nicely shows how to use the camera on a curve feature.  Port the slides js to 
the latest and incorporate as a sample for next release. Talks from the camp
