Editor transform handles should use bounding box instead of world matrix #33

The editors ui transformHandles.js drawHandles is using the worldMatrix for the 
origin. This makes the handles appear at the origin, or an axis.

Latest commit uses bounding box center of geometry instead of the world matrix.

This has been verified and made it into release 1.4.0.
