can we remove ffile: jquery-ui-1.8.13.custom.min.js? #50

This file just seems to be hanging out in the:
public/js/lib/ folder.

I can't find any references to it.  I am using a newer version of this jQuery 
UI in my project and it s a bit confusing having two copies of it in my source 
folder

jQuery UI is used by the World Editor. Check public/js/editor/index.html

We can see about updating to the newest version and test with it. What are you 
using from the newer version?
