Update samples to use minified builds of hemi and o3d, also replace o3djs.requires with script tag equivs #79

The source path public/js has source and minified builds and the samples need 
to be updated to use them. Also Kuda is discouraging the use of o3djs.require 
and it will be removed from the Kuda samples.

All the samples have been updated and tested using the minified build
