Attempt to map 2 resources to the same file path

o3d sample converter fails when attempting to map several areas of a 
stitched geometry from a single texture file.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use o3d sample converter to open and convert .dae file that meets above
stated criteria (please see attachment). 

What is the expected output? 
.dae input file 2 .o3dtgz output file using o3d sample converter

What do you see instead?
FAILED: Attempt to map 2 resources to the same file path...

What version of the product are you using?
o3d sample converter OCT 6 

On what operating system?
Win XP

What hardware are you using:  
Quad core Intel

graphics card type?  
8800GT NVidia 512mb

motherboard type?
Asus  P5Q

Problem solved. Texture was .bmp file which is not supported by o3d sample 
converter.
