Extremely low frame rate on 2GHz macbook #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Run the beach demo, run the 1000 sphere demo, other demos of complicated 
scenes. 

Use the following machine:
  Model Name:   MacBook

  Processor Speed:  2 GHz
  Number Of Processors: 1
  Total Number Of Cores:    2
  L2 Cache: 4 MB
  Memory:   4 GB

  Sudden Motion Sensor:

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Good frame rates, bad frame rates (one frame approx. every 4 seconds in beach 
demo).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

What hardware are you using:  graphics card type?  motherboard type?

I am using a MacBook of the same generation (2.2 Ghz CPU), the problem is 
propably
the Intel graphic.
