New OmniAuth::Identity::Models::Sequel mixin
Corresponding spec for the new mixin
Updated gemspec to include sequel.
Updated README.

Just discovered that this needs a couple more changes before it can be merged, I'll re-submit the pull request once our current issues get ironed out - sorry!

Any progress? as DataMapper seems unmaintained Sequel is the second best alternative to support sqlite...
