Updated json 1.8.0 dependency #87

Json 1.8.0 gem seems to be broken with ruby >= 2.3.0. See https://github.com/weavenet/trello_cli/issues/20 Upgrading it to 1.8.2 fixes the issue.

This is no longer an issue! Gemfile.lock should not have been committed in the first place!
