This is something I noticed for a while, but when I have "Apply to updated layout" enabled, the publication date on each video does not appear. Also, the video title UI (video title, PFP, etc.) is at the edge of the box (as seen in the screenshot), and the "Save" button doesn't always appear until I refresh the page to load it again.
