It seems that view count truncation shouldn't truncate if the count is below 1000 views #181

I have checked a few screenshots from 2015 and have noticed that videos below 1000 views (such as the infamous Numberphile 301 views video) still have the "n views" format, whiel videos with 1000 or more views have just the number.
