Video Progress Bar Request #208

Would like to see an option to keep video progress bar always visible (no hiding at any circumstance) and be able to change the transparency of it, or change the style of it to the older progress bar designs from the past.

for an always visible progress bar, having it under the video like old youtube players did would make more sense
