Is [Video paused. Continue watching?] breaking youtube videos on YTR? #262

Sometimes, my videos pause randomly and enter an infinite load loop that can't be recovered without a hard refresh. This feels identical to how that popup happens without youtube redux, but it would be nice to not have to refresh the page from it, is there something that can be done? iirc no userscripts are up to date which deal with it.

I do wonder if it's a random feature YouTube is A/B testing in this case.
