Create aarch64 package #74

As now SFOS is released for 64 bits devices (X10ii), could you please compile and release an aarch64 package on openrepos ?

I compiled it in Sailfish IDE and the aarch64 package is working fine.

As I do only own and use my original JollaPhone, I can only test SFOS3 on 32bit

If it's ok with you, I'd pull into build at sailfishos.org and get some help (community) testing. Then there are packages available. You don't have do do anything, and if issues arrise, I can fork and do pr ? I'll see if I can get it pulled into obs.

darn. because of the structure of the repo, I can't do this with a simple fork. I need to restructure the repo. Should I just fork and restructure?
