Add PHP 8.0 support #276

Would you also mind adding php 8.0 to github's testing workflow: https://github.com/omniphx/forrest/blob/master/.github/workflows/run-tests.yml

Just need to add it to the matrix of php versions, thanks!

Thanks @nauxliu, just bumped the version up with 2.11.0
