Document that libspatialindex-dev is required for install (ubuntu)(Documentation) #23

I installed imposm this morning, following your install directions. After installing imposm by issuing sudo pip install imposm , I to install rtree. but received this error.

After doing some googling, I figured out that I also needed to install libspatialindex-dev package. After installing that, I successfully installed rtree and was able to use imposm with no problems.

So, to save other users time, Add libspatialindex-dev to the required packaged install list.

(I'm using ubuntu 12.04).
