Fix - "Panic: runtime error: index out of range"
The current "Proof of Concept" is dropping the incorrect OSM tags starting with Codepoints - So they don't will be writen to the imposm3 cache ..
don't need to modify the mapping file
don't need to re-import , it is handle the incorrect cache file .
