Membership Account Type no Value

Can you check all the value inside Membership type? I selected Corporate Account (CA) and there's no Type or $ value apply.

Hi Stella,

I have looked into this issue and notice that AERA not provided any pricing information for that Class. I did review for all existing data and found list of Class/Type missing in client provided updated fees structure.

We need information for all those missing Class/Type so we can set for all existing users and new users as well.

Sagar, You might be looking at the wrong pricing, maybe the database is not correct. Here is the pricing, if you look at your sheet, "Complimentary Mailing with Manuals" or "Label Only" this is not a membership category.

@omnitekinc : I am using same file for the price(fees) setup. I think you not understood my question. let me explain.

I have checked AERA MMS existing database for Member's class/type allocation and found list of class/type combination not given in new fees structure given by client in EXCL.

I have provide those class/type list which allocated to existing member but not given in new fees structure EXCEL file, so when we go to edit such member we having issue with price selection.

This issue with existing user, so please consider in such way.

I see, what if we ask Karen to manually give us the correct pricing on the current members? The system need to use the pricing structure from the excel.

Hi Stella,

We can ask Karen about such type which I listed in "price-missing-issue.xlsx" but price not given in Karen's file.

Your selection is also one of the example like class "Corporate Account(CA)" having not type. Which type we need to add for such class. We need information for such missing class/type combination. otherwise we can't show fees or type selection for that.

Please let me know if any query.

@karltonfrazier / @omnitekinc : I can remove all suggested class but after removing it will create another issue like member# 1224 having "Label Only (XX)" class and if we removed then what should I have to display when AERA comes to edit that member. same for all other because all those member class assigned to any of the member.

I checked member 1224, looks like he is not an active member anyway. I am going to ask AERA to go over the Excel and give us a proper value. But I have a feeling we will remove these data from the database eventually.

1 Can you leave those blank for now? => We removed listed class except Prospect Member (PF), because PF is for the prospect member and if we removed that type then all prospect will be removed from the system so we not taken action on that only.
