Update coreutils to 8.24 #62

This is a simple change to update the file/gnu-coreutils from version 8.23 to 8.24. I haven't done any testing of this, but given the previous patches updating the coreutils version, this looked simple enough.

Please let me know if there's any more work that needs to happen to get this change landed. Or, alternatively, if you'd rather keep OmniOS at version 8.23, then feel free to close this without landing it.

Wow. Thank you for doing the work here. I was going to do this tomorrow or Monday, but I'll pull this and let OmniOS-on-demand build it overnight to make sure it works.

Do you also want this backported to r151014? I'm thinking it's a good idea to do so, but your response will determine its urgency.

@danmcd Yea, if that's an acceptable change for a backport (a change in coreutils is kind of a big deal, IMO), I'm all for it! It'd reduce our downstream maintenance burden since we're planning to go with version 8.24 regardless.
