Change illumos/build.sh gsed replacement #93

splits large gsed replacement to multiple lines to more easily manage the code. My internal build.sh has a few extra replacements, makes it easier to track build failures.
changed gsed split from / to | to make custom env paths require less munging.

May not fit with the overall project style, but it made my life easier working with the illumos build.sh when working on my fork. 🍬

Given I use PREBUILT_ILLUMOS typically, I don't use the codepaths you modify. I can't pull this in today, but given its success for you, I'm willing to do so soon.
