I just installed the plugin, and configured API key. I tried to synchronize for first time, but API server is returning: 500 Internal Server Error

any hints?

update: typo in API key i guess the issue is at the server side, it should return 403: forbidden instead 500: ISE

yeah, i agree with you and we also need a better error message here
