Anyway to sync changes/deletions made in Obsidian over to the Omnivore server? #116

Is there a way to sync changes/deletions made in Obsidian over to the Omnivore server? I'm using both of these to manage bookmarks, downloading articles locally for stats and search. So I'm hoping to achieve the same cross-device sync effect as browser bookmarks - like "I deleted this article locally, can it also delete the corresponding article on the server?" Can this be done? I really love this app. Thank you all for your work!

I would also love to automate deleting articles back in Omnivore once they are imported into Obsidian.
