feat: use id as filename #154

it would be great if we could mention this in docs/integrations/obsidian.md

a list of variables that can be used for filenames in general would be great

Just another thought: what about folders? 😅😂

Searching through the docs, there is no mention of folder-variables/templates. I mean, like for filename, it is mentioned directly in the settings. But docs should maybe have at least such a bit more difficult to understand options included.

Now what I want to say is, maybe either include folder/attachment folder and filename, or none of them 😄 but I would prefer to include them, since I came to the docs to get some answers, of which I wasn't very sure from the settings-dialog.
