I haven't found a way to do this. Maybe the issue is because Omnivore doesn't have any way to filter articles (or I haven't found any) this way (similar to 'has:highlights').

I have managed to circumvent this by highlighting something I don't need to, so my notes get imported into Obsidian. It'd be better though being able to import articles' notes straight away.

Thank you for the continuous development of this extremely useful plugin.
