Updated Command Palate: omnivore-updated-plugin-sync-3

Test

Tested manually with a new account

  1. Use default "import highlight" filter -> Sync -> no articles imported -> Change filter to all -> Sync -> articles imported
  2. Repeat the same with advanced filter
