Remove comments in single file mode #206

This PR closes https://github.com/omnivore-app/obsidian-omnivore/issues/205

Currently, single file mode inserts comments and line breaks between items. This prevents nicer formatting in single-file mode.

Hey @samanthavbarron , firstly thanks for the PR. The comment section and ID in the front matter are used to deduplicate items in the SinglePage mode. We could probably find a better way to archive that though
