[FR] Long frequency between syncs #86

Hi. I don't want to sync constantly, I have no need for that. I have set my frequency thus to 10080 to represent a week. The only problem is: it's not working. For me it would be enough if it checked every time I open obsidian if it's been a week, and sync if it has not. Related: https://github.com/omnivore-app/obsidian-omnivore/issues/55 Thx!

I have mine set to 360 (6 hours) and it fails to sync, I have to do it manually. 🤓
