FR: follow system dark / light mode #4038

Web app can be toggled dark / light through the settings, but doesn't follow system on Firefox on Linux (I assume it's true for other platforms as well, but cannot verify). It would be great if the web app followed system as other sites do. Current workaround is to use the Dark Reader extension for automatic adjustment, but the dark theme provided by the omnivore web app is better for reading, and I find myself reverting to the manual method often.

Have you tried clicking the Auto checkbox for the theme? That works for me in firefox.

@jacksonh Ah, found it. In the reading view. Thanks. I was trying the "Mode" switch in the main menu: Screenshot from 2024-07-03 10-25-45 May be a good idea to put an auto toggle there as well?
