Allow to upload a .txt or display a textarea to paste custom text. Useful when you'd like to read content that couldn't be obtained from a link (for example, a transcript of a Youtube video longer than 30 min or in a language different from English).

i need this to, would be useful to make it easy for others to have their way to transcribe their videos , it would be even better to have the ability to make transcriptions for other websites
