This PR includes minor updates to the README and frontend development requirements:

62311e0d6a79dbd6d17797cb64d91864e75bdf58: Fixed minor markdown formatting issues in the README.
9173246e96683318f88e8124c832629ba55550cb: Added explicit mention of Volta to streamline the frontend setup process. I encountered delays due to not having Yarn installed and not knowing about Volta (I use nvm), but Volta would have automated this and reduced setup time.
