add profiles for carrier settings #1

IMOH it would be useful to load profiles which contain a set of carrier settings. These settings could be shared between different SIM cards or could contain highlevel settings like: "Hide 4G Volte", "Show Volte Settings", "Enable VOLTE", "Disable VOLTE"
