This adds AVFoundation to the project and attempts to replace QTKit. With the replacement of QTKit, it also unifies the metadata logic across our supported filetypes thusfar.

While the metadata portion of QTKit has been replaced with the extremely awesome AVFoundation version, my attempts at replacing QTKit's player with AVAudioPlayer and its kin have been less than successful. So, I'll be merging this in without those changes.
