案の定テストが壊れまくったぞ

一旦通った。

この変更では、 render(new:old:) のリファクタリングと、 Instance の導入をした

これによって VNode の new チェーンを無くせて、スケジュールアクションの更新が不要になった

のと、 Ghost のコンセプトを捨てられた
