Units not relevant to the refinement layer (i.e. labeled with a category not being refined) should be faded #47

Currently they don't appear at all. They should just be faded.

So what do you mean by "faded"? The grey that units without categories normally appear in is hard to distinguish from other dark colors. As an annotator, I personally would prefer a clean view of what units I need to refine.

then they should just be closed (unless someone chooses to explicitly open them), but I think their borders in the passage/parent category they are in should still be visible. It could be grey to indicate that there's nothing to annotate there.
