Problem removing tasks #74

When I try to remove tasks I get the attached error message

I think we need to check if the annotation units + categories of a task are deleted when asking to delete it.

I created a new tokenization task in UCCA demo (1239), tried to remove it twice (once before submitting and once after submitting and I didn't notice any changes. Then I created annotation task 1240, partially annotated it and tried to remove it. Also then I didn't seem to notice any changes (neither with the tokens or with the partial annotation categories). Before I created this test task I had tried to remove some already existing tasks and alsothen I didn't see any differences. I'm attaching the error I get when I try to remove a task ('RemovalTestB') **I wanted to conduct these tests in UCCAstaging but had a problem accessing it. I will open a different task for it.
