What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Scrolling manually through text of an open book

What is the expected output?
Smooth scrolling at all times

What do you see instead?
There is always an (annoying) initial jump of a few pixels until scrolling 
follows the actual movement of the finger which makes the reading experience 
very jittery. This does not happen with browsers or other reading apps on the 
same phone.

What version of the product are you using?
Latest as of 13 Oct 2014

On what operating system?
Jelly Bean

What device are you using?
Samsung Galaxy S4
