Images in help/index should be more recent #46

We're using old-style pre-JS report images for the examples in help/index. These should either use JS data directly to be real JS charts, and so serving as a test for the basic information display, or they should at least be images which represent the actual charts we now display. I'd prefer the former, if only to integrate and test the system better.

Removed and replaced with real data using the bullet graph jQuery plugin.
