Someone brought this tool to my attention:

Let's add more of these networks to the block-list. We probably can't hit 100% due to the constraints of using a single extension, but we can add some of the more common ones.

We hit 73% coverage. I added everything that made sense, but didn't block some things because:

this extension doesn't attempt to block cosmetic filters or modify JavaScript
I chose not to block bug trackers like Sentry or Bugsnag
some of the domains are only relevant for Android phones or in-game ads
