Fix I2C port with pull-up resistors #10

I2C ports of Nucleo-F401RE has very low pulll-up resistance. Using a 4.7k pull-up resistance might resolve the flakiness issue. 1/4 W resistor should be enough since Vcc is 3.3V, hence pulls 2.3mW.
