Reports from Nov 20 to Jan 2017 are displaying under Fiscal Month December 2016 #290

Is this correct? There are more than 30 days of CSV reports under December 2016 fiscal.. Is the Fiscal Calendar Math still correct?

Can we have a calendar-math expert look into this anomaly?

When I tried to print fiscalMonthName in AppleFiscalCalendar.m:56.. There is strangely some repetition and some missing months starting with duplicate December 2016 and missing January 2017.. What is going on here?!

I just wanted to note that it seems like this repo has been semi-abandoned. My repo at nicolasgomollon/AppSales-Mobile is still in development and has the latest fixes to ensure the app continues working.
