"Share... -> Gist" seems to not be compatible with 2FA enabled on GitHub #164

When I try to use Share... -> Gist Activity from a file in Pythonista 3 on iOS 9, I get an error each time. I think it is due to two-factor auth being enabled on my GitHub account? There are Username, Password fields for GitHub in the Share dialog, but no way to enter time code. Tapping the [Share] button in the 'Share Gist' modal dialog gets an error each time.

Anonymous gist creation does work, regardless of what's in the Username/Password fields.

I've seen this frequently mentioned, and it would probably be easy to fix. Probably should happen soon.

I feel vaguely like it may have been fixed in beta, but I'd need someone else to confirm that because I'm unsure.

Still same error in 311014, 2FA not supported.
