[Docs] Document Expected Article Field Names & Value Types

Thank you for all the work with this extremely helpful plugin!

Does the plugin expect certain article fields to be present (e.g., 'title', 'date', 'author', 'excerpt', 'featuredImage'), to have specific field titles, and contain specific value types? If so, it would be super helpful to add those to the docs.
