The Source of Income will be part of the Applicant Details Page. Each Source of Income will be associated with an applicant.
The Applicant Details page will have an indicator (probably a check box) to indicate whether the applicant has income.
Add "Unable to work" section since it is missing from the new application (See original application for details)
