Write with an eye for reusability.

Should probably split this into multiple tickets:

Style framework
base markup patterns (headers, paragraph, strong)

The rest could probably just be subtasks on whatever ticket we open for larger functionality. ( Global Header, Footer, Nav, etc. )

I think we should delay the total redesign and just iterate on what we have, and just pull ideas from Eric's comps. They're not quite complete enough to be a good guide for us.
