FEATURE: unique mage names in expedition #484

Option on expedition creation to have all mages have unique names. This required a few consistency changes in the mage names, e.g. consistent apostrophe in Z'hana, removing the suffixes from the second versions of Xaxos and Mist, and adding an optional aliases field so Ohat And Ulgimor counts as Ulgimor. Fixes #460

Still a draft because I haven't made it apply to mages added to barracks as a loss reward. Also, I guess I should add it to the non-expedition randomizer?
