check time is increasing correclty #66

Please keep in mind in my logbooks the time is not always in the increasing order. Sometimes I write down multiple callsigns in a pileup and take them in an order other than top to bottom. But when I leave the time field blank expecting the time to be interpolated, I stick with linear order.

What would be nice is to check when the time goes across the UTC midnight. It may be a good idea to check if the date+ is done. Despite my previous comment from last year, if the time goes back by more than one hour, it is suspicious, and if that happens across the date line, much more so.

This project and bug need indeed some attention. I am sorry for not following up. I will start with the UTC midnight boundary. (opening a dedicated issue for this (see #100 )
