Original had two code blocks, DMR TS2 and everything else. This did not work for P25, YSF, NXDN etc.
Copied DMR TS2 to create a DMR TS1 and converted all references to TS2 to TS1 and limited the all modes to not include DMR
ex: DMR uses 2 N Call, using &TXbuffer[12]
whereas other modes are just N Call using &TXbuffer[10]
This has been well tested over the last few weeks, on a multitude of hotspots
